Big Bang completed their Korean promotions earlier this month before heading to Japan. On Friday, Big Bang completed their "Love & Hope" tour in Japan. The tour ran from May 10th to May 19th. There were a total of eight concerts in Osaka, Tokyo, and Nagoya. Big Bang's tour attracted over 100,000 fans, and ended up being completely sold out.
In addition to their latest hits "TONIGHT" and "LOVE SONG," Big Bang also performed their Japanese songs such as "Lies" and "Haru Haru." There were also solo performances from Taeyang, Seungri, and Daesung. G-Dragon and TOP also performed their duo tracks like "HIGH HIGH" and "OH YEAH."On the second day of their tour, Big Bang's latest Japanese album was released. "BIGBANG 2" was quick to take the first spot atop the Oricon charts. In the first week of its release, over 65,000 copies were sold to fans all over Japan.
Meanwhile, G-Dragon suffered a leg injury, TOP was offered another acting role, and Taeyang celebrated his 23rd birthday.
